Do you recognize your body as an extension of yourself? Do you know the range of feelings and emotions that arise in your body?
Embodiment is a comprehensive and holistic training that creates a connection between body and mind. This training combines aspects from various holistic disciplines such as martial arts, yoga, improvisation and dance. The human body is not viewed as a mere "brain taxi", but as an intelligent network and an antenna for sensations. Through conscious self-perception and the regulation of the nervous system, we are able to guide our reactions and act in accordance with our true needs.
Embodiment coaching helps to develop personal potential and explore the true self. Through movements, poses, voice and breathing, we learn to sharpen our sensitivity and understanding of the influences from inside and outside. By stopping seeing the body as a closed container that makes life difficult for us with hormones and feelings, and instead making use of this source of intelligence, we are richer in information!
Embodiment transforms our existence from automatism to reflected self-creation. With enough practice, it can significantly influence our decisions and thus guide us on our path in life to where we want to be.
Meditation and the 6th sense
How often have I heard, "I can't meditate because I can't sit still for that long..."! But sitting works perfectly when watching a film or reading, doesn't it? Aside from the fact that you don't have to sit still when meditating - there are many ways to do it while moving - meditation is essential for our inner contemplation and for training our senses. Going into silence is a challenge for many, but it is an essential part of our inner healing and forms the basis for our embodiment training.
Hundreds of studies have now shown that regular meditation practice has a positive effect on high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, addiction, cancer and mental disorders such as anxiety, stress, PTSD, ADHD and burnout. The Total Embodiment Method as taught by Richard L. Haight ("The Warrior Meditation") still seems to me to be the most applicable technique in everyday life. By focusing on feeling, taste, sound, smell, vision and peripheral sensing, we use everything that is naturally available to us through the body.
Together we will find out which type of meditation suits you. One that you can actively integrate into your everyday life. Being able to put yourself into a meditative state when you need it is a wonderful art to master in order to arrive in the here and now.
You showed me that there is much more to me than I was aware of! I can't believe that I lived as a "coward" for so long. After just a few meetings, I learned not to have to hide my feelings and to let my intuitive voice run free more often. It has helped me a lot with my work and with my family. Thank you, dear Urzula!

Thank you for your energy and passion. You have shown me that it is worth being honest with yourself and others, that inner balance can only be achieved when you are aware of your feelings and are allowed to express them.
