When we learn to breathe healthily and learn to manage our body-mind connection better with embodiment and meditation, we free ourselves of fears and stress in a natural way. These are small but important steps towards awareness that lead to a more positive attitude to life and resilience in everyday life.
In a minimum of 3 sessions we can work out the first necessary steps to improve your quality of life, so that you can learn the most important techniques from breathing and conscious bodywork and practice them yourself. If you are unsure about your personal path, I also recommend that you take a breathing journey to gain important insights and answers from your subconscious.
In a three-month package, we will specifically address your personal issues. During this time, we will identify your blockages and stumbling blocks and work intensively together on your personal path to joy in life and healing. Of course, I will be available to help and advise you at any time. With this intensive work, we will lay the foundation for bringing more energy into your body, following your inner voice and getting your creative potential flowing.
